Thermal Convection Electrical Box

With the specially designed "heat dissipation channel sandwich", the heat generated by the operation of the controller is quickly discharged out of the electrical box.

Rigidity Stable Accuracy

Shoulder Type Tool Magazine

Shoulder type tool magazine fixed support design, the weight of the tool magazine is directly carried by the base below, and the column will not tilt due to the weight of the tool magazine and tools. The Chain-type tool holder with multiple tool counts, optional can be freely mounted without affecting the accuracy of the column.

Roller linear rail uses KK-level protection, that is, two oil scrapers and a metal scraper are added on both sides of the slide rail, and a set of dust-proof sheets are also added under the slider to block foreign objects Or cut water into the slide rail.

Optimized Configuration of Support

The stress-strain diagram analysis is increased by 30%. The support under the table of the machine with a table length of more than 1000mm must be supported by six sliding blocks, and the accuracy and processing quality are relatively stable.

When the heavy workpiece or the 4th axis rotary is placed on the high-rigidity table, the worktable don't deformed and affects the accuracy.
