Vturn-S20 Horizontal Lathe + Gantry Robot
To meet customers' processing travel needs, the Vturn-S20 is available in two specifications with Z-axis travel of 400mm and 600mm. The self-made turret is driven by a servo motor for more stable tool positioning and operation, with a maximum workpiece diameter of 600mm, suitable for large workpiece processing. The Vturn-S20/40 conveyor belt can be configured for rear or side output, facilitating automation plant layout. Gantry Robot: Equipped with a CCD visual positioning system, enabling quick and easy automated line changes. The robot is placed above the machine, not affecting operator operation, providing 24/7 automated operation to address the labor shortage due to declining birth rates.

Joint Robot Automated System
Flexible processing unit designed for workpieces requiring lathe and machining center processes. Workpiece loading and unloading is done using a joint robot, increasing ease of future expansion. Can be equipped with a fourth axis, automatic hydraulic fixtures, and achieve multi-process automation in one go.

Super Vcenter AX 630 5-Axis Machining Center + Multi-Pallet Storage + Tower Tool Magazine
The Super Vcenter-AX630 features an optimized structural design combined with a high-speed, high-rigidity axial feeding system. The B/C axes utilize a roller cam mechanism, providing the machine with optimal dynamic and static rigidity. It is equipped with intelligent functions, with multiple sensors installed throughout the machine to achieve greater energy savings and environmental friendliness.
Multi-Pallet Storage: Adopting a circular rack structure, it uses vertical space to reduce the footprint. The material waiting area is also the finished product storage area, allowing customers to easily inspect workpieces. Combining work order management and production scheduling control effectively saves operation time and reduces logistics costs.
